Comments:
- If you have read J. R. R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, you may, despite the differences in character, notice one major parallel between Sheridan and Gandalf: one falls into a pit at a place called Z'ha'dum and the other falls into a pit at a place called Khazad-dûm, and both return from the dead. Incidentally, Lórien also appears in the Lord of the Rings, although it's a place rather than a person.
- A friend told me he wouldn't have jumped. Why not? Twenty seconds later, the fusion bombs detonated. Okay, so it's highly unlikely that you can survive a fall down a bottomless pit, but he would not have survived the blast either.
